Smart license activation for Cisco 3650

I currently purchased WS-C3560-24PD switch, and It is supposed to be configure as WCM.

Software version is :

License right to use:

and I have a smart license to be used to this switch

Kindly, how to activate this above license?

Any documentation regarding this issue will be appreciated.
