Smart Licensing- Device registration expired

Hello, 

i have 9k switches, and CSSM Satelite for SMART licensing .

The switches was successfully registered to CSSM until yesterday. 

 

On every device, we had shown : Registration expired : 29.5.2020. 14:59

After that time, all devices went to evaluation period, and they are removed from CSSM.

Now, i try to re-register device, with new created token , and product instance is  registered to virtual account, but does not consume any license.

CSSM Satellite is synchronized with Cisco, and all licenses are there.

On Cisco Documentations i found:

The Id certificate expires at the end of one year. After 6 months the software Agent process will try to renew the certificate. If the Agent cannot communicate with the Cisco Smart Software Manager it will continue to try and renew the Id certificate until the expiration date (1 year). At the end of one year, the agent will go back to the Un-Identified state and will try to enable the Evaluation period. The CSSM will remove the product instance from its database.


when i try : license smart renew id

output is:

Smart Agent not registered

 

what i should do?

your best (and fastest) option is probably to contact GLO, or send an email to 'licensing@cisco.com'...
