Very common issue.

Look for a bug or upgrade to different version. 

Make SNMP-3-INPUT_QFULL_ERR errors easier to troubleshoot

Description

Symptom:
A Cisco device may report, these errors repeatedly:

%SNMP-3-INPUT_QFULL_ERR: Packet dropped due to input queue full

Conditions:
This most often occurs when a specific OID takes too long to return a response, causing subsequent snmp requests to be queued up, until the queue fills up. These problems usually have a Cisco bug associated with it, but requires TAC to identify the correct bug. These problems are NOT usually caused by over polling, despite what you may read.

Workaround:
restarting the snmp process (unconfigure/configure snmp-server) may resolve the problem temporarily.

Further Problem Description:
These errors currently have 2 major issues.

1) They fill up the logs quickly
2) They don't report the OID causing the issue.

For 1) we will rate limit these errors.
For 2) We will print a message identifying which OID is the problem, allowing users to identify the root cause, without engaging TAC.
