we swapped out all of our modules in our 4507 with PoE modules and now our snmp monitor doesn't detect any of the ports. we are using solarwinds ip monitor. anyone ever run into this issue? i removed the switch and added it back into ip monitor.

Hello Michael,
if you swapped changed positions of linecards snmp ifindexes of ports have changed.
the solarwinds has gone in troubles for this reason.
in a case like this not even snmp ifindex-persist can help (useful to keep same ifindex after reload)
I think only way in a case like this is to have the tool to discover the device again as you did.
Hope to help
Giuseppe

do a manual snmpwalk and find out what it returns.
Solarwinds may have issues.
