Hi,
1° enable this feature for the ifindexes to persist between reboots:http://packetlife.net/blog/2010/apr/22/snmp-interface-index-persistence/
2° get these indexes with sh ifmib ifindex to retrieve the ones for your serial interrfaces.
3° eg you want ingress octets on serial1/0 which has ifindex 2 so the MIB objcet is ifentry.2. ifInOctets
look here for OIDs:http://tools.cisco.com/Support/SNMP/do/BrowseOID.do?objectInput=ifEntry&submitValue=SUBMIT
