snmp-server command question

Hello, Three commands below are entered on c9300 sw. But when show run, the third one cannot be seen. Anyone can explain it ?

snmp-server view CDE iso included

snmp-server group ABC v3 priv read CDE

snmp-server user User08 ABC v3 auth sha k6QpBm  priv aes 128 3fhsHrUF

what version of code - some how i found same issue long back. but the user works - you can see below command.
