Snmp version 3 - query

Hi All,

I have wide range of routers and switches in various models and versions running snmp version 2.

I am planning to migrate to snmpv3, so as a first path, how to check what all are the devices that supports snmpv3 like ios ?

In ios feature navigator, different snmpv3 filters are there and when I select multiple fields it gives error, so confused on how to check what is the best version for a router and if that router/switch model supports it or not ? kindly assist.

Hi there,

In the feature navigator filter using the string:

SNMPv3

From the filtered results select:

SNMPv4 (SNMP Version 3)

..and click add.  The information you require will then be displayed in the 'Release /Platform Tree' sub-window.
