This seems like it should have been an easy fix, yet here I am. Our SNS, which we're using for authentication will randomly stop doing it's job, and users can no longer authenticate. I'm not able to reach the device at all. So upon checking the physical device, I notice the power light is amber, I tap the power button and services are restored. This has been happening usually once a day. I can't seem to find any information on power settings. Does anyone have any insight, or can point me in the right direction? Much appreciated!

It sounds like a hardware problem. Have you checked the logs on the CIMC for any hardware related issues and reasons for the power down?
Also, what is the type of software installed on the appliance? ISE, ACS?

Thanks for the reply,
We're running ISE. I see a frequent error in the logs involving cdp. Looks something like:
"parse_cdp_packet(): unknown TLV type: 31 dropping packet"

Hmm, I have not seen this issue. I would suggest opening a TAC case. My guess is that you have a hardware issue and will need to get your server replaced.
