[SOLVED] Having big trouble with Catalyst ME 3400!

I have managed to reset to factory defaults a Catalyst ME 3400, but no matter what I did, I could not get it to respond to pinging.

Thanks for the update. Glad that you were able to update the software and that now things are working. I wish that we have been able to identify the cause of the issue. But at this point I do not think it is possible.
