Hi,

I have a sonic wall nsa 2400, a sonic point N, and a cisco SFE 2010P. I am having issues getting the VLAN to work with my Guest SSID. My plan is to use interface X4 for internal wifi, and X4:100 (vlan) for the Guest WiFi. NSA2400 (X4) --> RJ45 --> SFE2010P (Port1) --> RJ45 --> SP1 (Port2, Port3) I hoep this makes sense. SFE2010P is connected to the X4 interface of the NSA2400 through Port 1 (SFE2010P), and Port2, and Port3 have a SonicPoint connected to them.

     Configuration:

          NSA 2400

               X4 - 10.0.24.1

               X4:100 - 10.0.25.1 (VLAN)

SSID Guest linked to X4:100   ***** ISSUES CANT CONNECT

SSID Private linked to X4   *** WORKS FINE.

          SFE2010P - Layer 3 mode

               Adde VLAN 100

Port 1 mode is set to trunk

VLAN to Port config for e1 is set to 1U,100T

ALSO DHCP is being handled by a Windows Server located at 10.0.20.7 (which both networks(x4, x4:100) have access to)

I am only having issues connecting to the Guest SSID located under VLAN100.

I am assuming I am missing something related to the VLAN either at switch or the DHCP settings. Can anyone help?

Andre

Just figured it out, forgot to trunk and group port 2 and port3. all set now.
