Hello all,
we have a SPA-IPSEC-2G module installed in a 6509 with sup720, and 7600-SSC-400, running s72033-advipservicesk9_wan-mz.122-18.SXF17a. Currently we are using and encrypting traffic on 1 giga interface, but in the near feature we will add a second 1G connection to our 65xx. Could I bundle these two links (etherchannel) and encrypt traffic? On the following pdf
http://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/td/docs/interfaces_modules/shared_port_adapters/configuration/6500series/sipspasw.html
it states that:
The following restrictions apply to Cisco IOS Release 12.2(18)SXF:
•EtherChannel is not supported on Fast Ethernet SPAs or the 2-Port Gigabit Ethernet SPA on the Cisco 7600 SIP-400.
What is true in our situation? If Etherchannel is supported, how would you go about and configure it?
The current configuration is:
interface GigabitEthernet1/23
mtu 1600
bandwidth 102400
no ip address
load-interval 30
crypto connect vlan 901
interface Vlan901
description Inside interface VLAN for Crypto MAP
ip address 10.10.10.9 255.255.255.252
no mop enabled
crypto map CRYPTO
crypto engine subslot 7/0
Thank you in advance,
Katerina
