I want to know if how do i configure the SPAN session only for the HTTP traffic?

Hi Far,
From a Switch(Catalyst of Nexus) perspective and SPAN configuration perspective, there's no option to filter out HTTP traffic. When you specify the SPAN source, you only have the option to apply a physical interface, port-channel or VLAN.
What you can do is to filter out the HTTP traffic within your monitoring tool(Wireshark for example) using the tool filters.
