Yes, if those VLANS are 1,54, and 103.
However if those are the only VLANs communicating through the switch, then the other VLANs do not need to be in the VLAN database. Are you using VTP? If not, you should consider setting VTP to transparent on all of your switches. This switch believes it's the root for the other VLANs because it's not receiving and BPDUs on those VLANs because they're all pruned on the uplinks.
