SRW224G4P Boot Image

I have a SRW224G4P and when I boot up it has the following error:

Image Loader 1.0.1

<ERR> Diagnostic Loading Fail - Try Runtime

Loading Runtime Image File : SRW224G4P_SRW248G4P_image.bix

And it then tries to boot from Runtime file and it seems to boot up and I get the Menu.

However, I think I'm having problem getting the switch to talk via TCP, and webview. So I'm trying to fix a problem at a time.

When I do a Ctrl+U to interrupt the boot process:

it seems like I do not see a boot image bix file, which in another discussion thread seems like that I'm suppose to have the following file?

SRW224G4P_SRW248G4P_boot.bix        1    1    1377600  00:01:03

I only have the SRW224G4P_SRW248G4P_image.bix and not the *boot.bix.

Is it the problem causing my boot error? If so, where can I get a copy of this file and instructions to fix this?

Regards,

Fred

I have the same problem.

I deleted a file by mistake SRW224G4P_SRW248G4P_boot.bix

I have uploaded the file SRW224G4P_SRW248G4P_image.bix by HyperTermina to XMODEM and it is ok but runs Switch LED power light flashes orange. Blinking rapidly ...
