Recently we updated some switches from 12.2 to 15.0(2). In doing so, it appears we lost the ability to connect to the switches using Cisco Network Assistant and HTTPS. Per policy we need to have http and telnet disabled on our switches.
I have a 3750 that stayed at 12.2(55) and that one has no issues. Everything else we upgraded to 15.0(2) gives this fault while attempting to connect: "Unable to connect. SSL handshake process failed. The secure connection through HTTPS could not be established."
The https connections works just fine in a browser.
I tired CNA 6.2, 6.3 and latest 6.3.1 and all have the same response. Is there a configuration change that needs to be made for the new IOS to work correctly with CNA and HTTPS? I tried resetting a switch to stock and recreating certs, etc... same outcome.
One of my co-workers at another facility tried the same update and experienced the same problem.
Thanks for your help.
