Hi
This may have been asked / answered before but I was wondering if anyone knows if it'd be possible to stack a 9200 & 9300 switch together?
I've read through the white papers which only mention the 9300 & 9300L not working in a mixed stack and was wondering if anyone might know?

Not really, Cat 9200 is different feature set and different Function compare to higher model of Cat 9300.

To add to Balaji's answer ...

Thanks Scott
That's really useful to know. Might have to go down the 9300 & 9300X route
Cheers

yes you can mix USM with UPOE Cat 9300 for better outcome
bare in mind UXM model does not support if you have legacy 10MB ports - so you need to have UPOE in stack to accomidate so.

Hi Scott, so it's not possible to connect in stack 9200 with 9200L
or 9300 with 9300L ?
Thank for your answer

Normal one with L not possible to stack.
For 9300 fixed uplink models, stack kit is mandatory for StackWise-320 and has to be ordered separately. Each stack kit consists of two stack adapters and one data stack cable.
