If  i can stack 3 meraki switches MS 225 & MS 210 series of switches in 1 bundle? Will the switch management IP address be 1 single ip address  for the stacked switch or 3 different ip address for each stacked members?

What is the case for Cisco 9300 stacking? Will it be same 1 single ip address or each stacked member each ip address?

Yes, they can:

"Only like-models can be stacked.  For example, MS350-48 and MS350-24X can be stacked, but MS250-48 cannot be stacked with a MS350-48. The only exception is that MS210 and MS225 models can be members of the same stack."

Switches in stack use only one IP address.

Switch 9300 follows the same rule.  They will use only one IP address for the stack.
