I am trying to find out if Catalyst center did this automatically or was it manually done by perhaps one of my team members?

3560CX, so this is vertical stacking. 

Try this:

remote command 1 sh log on uptime detail

000025: Nov 21 04:35:36.598 PST: %SYS-5-RESTART: System restarted

Appears to be a bug in the IOS that causes the switch to restart.

issue show version then you can see reason of reload and also check any crash logs ?
