can we use just 2 interfaces for StackWise Virtual ?

one interface for StackWise Virtual link

and one interface for Dual active detection link.

or any advise to reduce wasteful of using interface for StackWise Virtual .

Yes, you can just use one link. The reason for 2 is redundancy but if you think you don't need it, than you can just use one link for each.
