Hi , storm control is implemented on a percentage of total bandwidth of the interface, if you have base line numbers you can set it at say 25% above baseline. if you dont have baseline numbers you can set it at a level that you think is the maximun traffic level you want on that interface. remember storm-control multicast is supported on gig interfaces only. have a look at the document below for more info.
