Hi,

First of all can you please check what kind of fibre cable and sfp module do you use ? Something like single mode or multimode.? If wrong can you please fix and check again?

Apart from that error message could be due to one of the following;

Bad fiber or  Bad transceiver module

As an another action plan;

1-) You can replace the fiber link all over the path .

2-) You can try to replace the transceiver module on both side .

Thank you

Best Regards

PS: Please don't forget to rate if it's helpful

 - Probably software bug, ignore if no effective connectivity problems are seen
