STP\Non managed Switch

This is not the best solution to lack of funding but we are having to use Linksys 8 port gig switch in one of our offices that has multiple devices.  The main linksys switch is attached to a Cisco 2950 switch in a IDF  then to our core switch in the MDF.   The devices get moved around alot and from time to time the linksys switches get plugged into each other twice and a loop occurs and takes out the rest of the switches.  I have the cisco switches pretty locked down as far as cisco best practice for security and STP.  So the question is, is there a way to shut down that port when a loop occurs so it doesn't take out the rest of the network or better way to configure STP so the only switches that get effected are the linksys switches?  I would love to get rid of the little guys but that will not happen in the near future.
