Its depends on how interviewer ask question there are many scenario based questions. - But you need to understand how sTP works. that give ability to answer the right answer.

there will be real-time issue will be there in production network..I would

possible stp modes and timers - the differences 

multiple stp transmissions- possible root cause edge ports not running portfast - link flaps 

loop guard - root guard - udld - backbone-fast

bridge assurance 

err-disabled ports - bpduguard-  bpdu being seen on a portfast port

pvid inconsistent - vlan mismatch -

pvid simulation - when joining pvid domain to mst domain

etc...
