Hi, 

STP is working on L2 and it will helpful for L2 loop only and same time L3 loop is basically routing loop and there is no direct protocol to prevent L3 loop like STP but Dynamic routing protocols have included in itself as EIGRP is having " Spit-Horizon" to prevent l3 loops.

Answer is NO as others have mentioned already. I would suggest you to understand in which layer protocol operates and get a clear understanding between Layer-2 and Layer-3.
