Hello everyone.
I have a question regarding the 4948-E switch.
i have a couple of QinQ vlans comming in from a supplier.
In thoose QinQ Vlans i have a number of different vlans.
So far very straight forward.
I would like to strip the outer Vlan tag with a 4948-E switch. If i just do ordinary vlan mapping ill just change the external vlan tag.
If i do some vlan mapping with the following syntax
switchport vlan mapping x dot1q-tunnel y will just add another vlan tagg on the packet.
What iam after is the other way around i want to strip the outer tag on the switchport and only get the internal vlans in the switch.
Is it at all possible with the 4948-E switch?
