Please take a look on GNS3 file in attached, I'm sure already configured both routers s1/0 is no shut, but still status down, please help.

I removed 241 240 in FR, both router still can ping 172.16.228.x

Hi,

if you changed the FR switch config without telling us it indeed was going to be hard to troubleshoot for you.

Have you still got 2 routers only linked to one FR switch ? if so and if the routersconfigs are still valid then you should put the correct DLCI-port entries on the FR switch(you only have ports 1 and 2 with connected routers on the FR switch.
