Subnet issue

We are using fortigate firewall 300d. We created Vlan’s in firewall. A SG300 layer 2 switch is connected to firewall. Inter valn configuration is done at firewall. From subnet to subnet is pinging. But unable to access folders and file sharing. Unable to ping with Hostnames.

Firewall is integrated with AD server.

Is it issue with subnet or DNS problem ?

Hi,

Diable the any all security profile from FortiGate policy (testing purpose only) which is configured for interval routing and share the logs from FortiGate (first you have to enable the log under the profile as all logs).
