Subnet Masking on Third Octed Only?

I want to NAT on the third octet only but do it dynamically. I want a bank of addresses inside (say 29.150.63.90-254) to NAT 'respectively' to 29.150.65.90-254. Can you skip subnet mask 0's to do this in the NAT statement(255.255.0.255) and if not, can this be done dynamically somehow.

Found what I was looking for. I want the Type Match-host option of NAT to do what I was looking for. This will do it.
