Hello Guys,
I am designing the vlans in my company network and want to configure in following way :
Valn1 --> 10.110.1.0 /26 : IP range (10.110.1.1 to 10.110.1.63) --> gateway: 10.110.1.1
Vlan 2 --> 10.110.1.0 /24 --> IP range (10.110.1.65 to 10.110.1.254) ---> gateway 10.110.1.66
I am confuse is it normal to configure this type of scenario or do i face any technical issues aftering implementing this ?
The reason for this is to save IP addresses.

Hi,
This will not work as subnet 10.110.1.0 /26 is included in subnet 10.110.1.0 /24.
You could, however, break down the subnet like this if you don't need more than 62 hosts in each segment.
10.110.1.0/26
10.110.1.64/26
10.110.1.128/26
10.110.1.196/26
If this is in production, making this change will cause an outage and requires a maintenance window.
