SUP MODULE disable

Hi Expertise,

 

Can anyone suggest how to enable Standby SUP  SSO ?

Cannot see Serial No and show Unknown mac address.

Hi,

Just login to the active sup and enable SSO.

config t

redundancy

mode sso

If you still can't see the backup sup, it maybe because you have a different IOS image installed on the backup sup.  You need the same exact IOS image on both sups.
