May I know if the Aironet 1850 Series wireless AP are integrated with Mobility Express feature. As we check that Any AP that support Mobility Express can operate without the controller.

Yes, 1850 can support MobEx.

You could start with a 2960X-24P or go straight to a 3650/3850.  Depends on your budget.
