We swapped out a 4510 chassis that was having issues, we removed the two 7e sups from the old chassis and placed them in the replacement 4510 chassis. Once we had finished with the replacement, we powered up the device and noticed that we didn't get our layer three EIGRP connection. Upon investigating, I noticed that the option for EIGRP was there under the router option and that the license had changed to lanbase from IPbase.
Any idea what would had caused this change. I attemoted to add IPbase license back, but I wasn't successful.
What are the steps to add the correct license back and why did it change?

Yes we used the same slot, but that should not have affected the license disappearing. I had two other spare sups that I was able to use. But it made our swapped out longer as we had to apply backup config.

Send an email to the Licensing Team and they can generate a new license PAK.
