SW_MATM-4-MACFLAP_NOTIF - UNIFI APs on Cisco 9300

Hello Community,

In an attempt to troubleshoot packet drops on a LAN between 2 hosts on the same VLAN and between a host and its gateway, I decided to isolate some UniFi APs connected to my Cisco 9300 switch(Access Layer).

These are the logs I get from term mon when only the APs are connected to the switch (gig1/0/13-30). All APs are Uni-Fi APs on VLAN 20.
Gig1/0/1-12 are access ports on VLAN 18 for other users.

Gig1/0/24 is the trunk uplink to the Distribution switch.

After disconnecting them the pings are much better.

The APs seem to be causing brigding loops, but they need to be configured as well.

I observed that STP has 4 ports in BLK state.
Will be glad to get some help how to get round this.

Thanks,

Tony.

Hi Tony,

For some reason, I can't open the attachments. Do you have hubs connected to the network?
