Try using this link and see of you can get Rommon and than reload the switch.

If this does not help, you may have a hardware issue. Open ticket with TAC and RMA the switch to Cisco.

- Attach a console and have a cold-start from power-on , look for error messages, if any or else check if the boot process is normal.
