Sirs,
Good afternoon,
Since 2 month ago we can not connect to switch 3560-48PS through console port.
When we connect our PC to swithc console port and reload the switch we can see the reload process but after that the switch does not response to any command.
When we ingress to the router via Telnet, weingress the command: sh line con 0 and the results are:

We think all is o.k.with the status of the line con 0 and theconfiguration is as follows:
!
line con 0
exec-timeout 0 0
login local
transport preferred none
transport output none
line vty 0 4
login local
length 0
line vty 5 15
login local
!
end
We have tried to erase the commands: transport preferred and transport output none but teh command is accepted but not erased the command.
We have tried to change the IOS but during the download proccess began to appear: !!!!!!!o !!!!!o!!!!!!o!!!!!!!o!!!!!!!!o!!!!!!!!o!!!!!!!o!!!!!!!!o and then the proceess is aborted due enough errors. However tha laptop is connected direcly to a switch port using a new patch cord.
The command: dir flash shows:
SITEL_PISO13#
SITEL_PISO13#dir flash:
Directory of flash:/

We have tried to copy the IOS using TFTP SERVER using the command:
copy flash: tftp:
ios to be copied: c3560-ipbase-mz.122-35.SE5.bin
ip address: 10.100.101.32
but the swith give us the message: can not find IOS.
¿how can we copy an IOS located at drwx directory? and how to copy new IOS in it?
Can some body tell us if the switch is out od order to begin to change it ?
Thanking you in advance any answer.

Roger,
Your flash does not have enough space to load the new IOS. If you want to load a new IOS, you can erase the flash and then format it to make room for the new IOS. Then use a tftp server to load the new IOS. Be careful, not to reboot the switch after you erase and format the flash until the new IOS is successfully loaded.
Good Luck

I agree with Reza.
Depending on the IOS and feature set, if the TAR file is > 15mb then you'll need to manually do this. First, you need to delete the 'c3560-ipbase-mz.122-35.SE5" subdirectory using the command "del /f /r flash:c3560-ipbase-mz.122-35.SE5". Next you need to un-pack the TAR file (use WinRAR). Look for the BIN file and copy that BIN file into your 3560 using the command "copy tftp://
