Switch 3750 problem

Dear All

i have a problem with 3750 Switch , suddenly it stop let Cisco IP Phone work and give 

POST : Inline Power feature is disabled on this switch

i tried to change IOS as Cisco recommend but in vain as following

is it a hardware problem or what ???

Hi Amira,

Do a command "show post".

Result must be "PASSED".

If you have anything "FAILED", this must be the hardware issue, get the RMA raised.
