Switch 3750 to factory Reset, hangs after

Hi,

I want to factory reset my 3750 because we lost admin password.   [ 3750 ios 12.2(25) SED1] 

I succed to arrive at the point : 

The system has been interrupted prior to initializing the flash file system to finish loading the operating system software:

flash_init
load_helper
boot

switch: flash_init      (i type flash_init, but when i hit "return" nothing happens, no prompt nothing, waited one hour nothing happens !

Connex 9600/none/8 working etc etc !

rename flash:config.text flash:config.text.bak
boot

Hi, sorry but when i type flash_init , just after it hangs i can't do cariage return to validate... Si thé process can't start...

Sounds like the flash could be failing.
