Switch power supply failure, stack module failure, stack cables removed etc... Stack module connectors are not detected. Looks Sounds like member switch is powered off or broken.

Power on device if it is powered off, or replace it with functional device (functional parts, plug in stack cables etc).

in the front of device no LED light is show up.  look like the devices was broken.

Check the power cable feeding power to the power supply. If it's loose ...

From the output it looks like the appliance has either failed or lost power. Stacking cable isn't an issue.

If stacking cables were removed from switch No3 output would look exactly the same as device lost power or device is broken.

Stack cables were the same position that I implement before.
This project I have done for 2 months already, and the last visit customer I notice that one switches has been down.

Should I open the case with Cisco to claim the new devices?

I have try to unplug/plug the power cable but seem the result is the same.

Thanks,

If device is plugged in socket (if you tested that both ends of cable are properly plugged and tested different electric socket just in case) and no signs of life - device (or maybe just power supply) should be replaced.

Then raise an RMA.
