Switch 4507 QoS question

HI, I have Catalyst 4507R L3 Switch Version 03.07.00.E , 

there is no policy-map, no auto qos, no mls qos,  only default class-map  match any, no table map for QoS. Only I see is voice vlans on ports and "qos trust device cisco-phone"

Does it mean this switch is not doing any COS or dscp marking of the packets? 

If its doing how to check it , command please ?
