Switch 6500 issue

I have a issue with a 6500 Switch. this show a log and i cant understand what is about, can you help me?.

Jul 6 06:07:18.234 gmt: SW2_DFC6: amd_flash_program_generic_x16 FAILED!! @ addr = 0xFFB529C8, op_status = 0xFBE4, value = 0x464

This event ocurred once o twice, but i need to know why?

It is may be IOS bug or Flash memory issue.

Please share current IOS version. and Sho Version output

I did not found any similar issue on cisco bug report page. 

At this condition you need to following solutions:

1. Are you using Compact Card ? If yes then make backup and format card or replace.

2. Upgrade IOS version.

How can i see if i have a compact card? I don´t have fisical access to the device.

Exactly how recent is this?  Time and date shows 06 July.

Post the complete output to the command "sh log" & "sh module".

6 of july was the last event. in fact there is not more message en el logging buffer. i attach the show module output.

If it's only happened once or twice, then I'm leaning towards an IOS bug.
