Switch 9300 is reloading

Hi everyone.
I need a help... I have a Switch Cisco 9300 and he's reloading with no reason. When I do "sh version" I get the follow output

"Last reload reason: PowerOn " but the switch is connected in a nobreak and i have 2 powersupply":

SW  PID                 Serial#     Status           Sys Pwr  PoE Pwr  Watts

--  ------------------  ----------  ---------------  -------  -------  -----

1A  PWR-C1-715WAC       LIT21494JFS  OK              Good     Good     715

1B  PWR-C1-1100WAC      DTN2211V3DS  OK              Good     Good     1100

Why this switch is reloading by himself?

Hi,

Is this a Nexus 9300 or Catalyst?

The issue probably is a software bug that is causing the switch to reboot. Upgrade to a different version and test again.

HTH

Is a Catalyst.

Switch Ports Model SW Version SW Image Mode
------ ----- ----- ---------- ---------- ----
* 1 64 C9300-48P 16.8.1a CAT9K_IOSXE INSTALL

16.8.1a is ED. Try upgrading to 16.6.4a

cat9k_iosxe.16.06.04a.SPA.bin is a recommended version by Cisco.

Thomaz,

Please share the following information from the switch.

1) show module
2) show logging onboard detail

1) show module
Switch Ports Model Serial No. MAC address Hw Ver. Sw Ver.
------ ----- --------- ----------- -------------- ------- --------
1 64 C9300-48P FCW2224G070 b090.7e17.bd00 V02 16.8.1a
2)i can`t do this command:
SWITCH1#show logging onboard ?
switch Switch
SWITCH1#

show logging onboard switch 1 detail

SWITCH1#show logging onboard switch 1 ?
clilog Show board Clilog data
counter Show board counter data
environment Show board environment data
message Show board message data
poe Show board POE data
status Show logging board Status
temperature Show board temperature data
uptime Show board uptime data
voltage Show board voltage data

show logging onboard switch 1 uptime

I would suggest opening a TAC case so that engineer can further investigate and look into hardware/software component. If you plan on opening a TAC case please attach following outputs.

1) show version
2) show module
3) show logging onboard switch 1 uptime
4) dir crashinfo:
5) Information about how frequently it reboot.

Good luck!

1. I agree with Reza. I would upgrade the firmware and see if this helps.
2. Next, post the complete output to the command "dir crashinfo-1:".

 - Activate syslogging for the device to a a syslog-server, look for any info(messages) around the time frame of the reboot.
