Switch C9300 48x not reloading after reset all command

I tried to reboot to factory default by the reset all commands. Now its not reloding. Attached screenshot

 Try to run the dommand "dir" from this switch prompt. dir flash: could show you the IOS inside the flash.  Then you can try to boot the IOS with the boot command

While the switch is still in ROMMON, post the complete output to the command "set".

It's not moving fwd.

hi,

managed to install the new firmware with the below comments

switch: emergency-install usbflash0:/<filename.bin>

request platform software package install switch all files flash: <new file> auto-copy

reload (reboot)

request platform software package clean (remove the old)
