Hello,

We have a Cisco C1000 switch that went into stack mode alone. I turned on the switch to modify some console settings and I have this message:

*Jun 17 13:48:00.487: %LINEPROTO-5-UPDOWN: Line protocol on Interface Vlan1, changed state to down

*Jun 17 13:48:05.339: %SSH-5-ENABLED: SSH 2.0 has been enabled

Afterwards I can't type anything on the switch and even when I try to reset with the mode button, it won't let me.

I have a backup, so no worries to make a factory reset, but how to do it?

Thank you in advance

I had to wait for the switch left it overnight cam back in the morning and got to # prompt from there i deleted some flash: files and it still says stack when loading can't get rid of it but it will be a stand alone switch so not too worried.
