Switch Connecting to Switch then to Router

I know many are gonna say "dont daisy chain switches" but my options are limited here due to what cabling I have available in my home.

I am planning to connect one Cisco 2960G Switch to another Managed Switch and then that switch to my Main Home Router.  Due to where the Switches are located and the ports I have available on my Home Router, its really my only option as the Router has 1 WAN and 2 LAN ports on it, with 1 of the LAN ports needing to connect to my ISP's regular router so my Set Top Boxes / Guide / DVR will still work.  The ISP Router cant connect to one of the managed switches as the ISP router doesnt support VLAN Tagging, leaving me to set that LAN port with a Private IP Address / DHCP Server /. No VLAN and connect the ISP Router to it  The other LAN Port is setup like a Router on Stick with several Virtual Interfaces / VLANs Created.

I need to get traffic from the garage switch (Cisco) to the Router and out to Internet and my only option is to connect it to the other managed switch in my upstairs office and that switch to the router.  The Cisco Switch is about 75 feet from the Router and I only have one 100ft  Cat6 GB cable run from the upstairs (where the  Router and other Managed Switch are) to the Cisco Switch in my garage .  THat all being said....

If I have 4 VLANs setup and I have a trunk port going from Cisco 2960G to other Managed Switch allowing the 4 VLANs and also a Trunk port from the other Managed Switch to the Router allowing the 4 VLANs, will I be OK or am I gonna run into loops?  STP isnt possible as the other Managed Switch doesnt support it from what I can tell.....

Your advice is greatly appreciated.....if I am going to face a loop, do I have any alternatives under the conditions I have mentioned?

Sorry if at all confusing....

if only 1 cable going to other new switch, where is the loop coming in picture.

configure port in trunk mode and extend the VLAN to new switch as l2, and configure the ports respected VLAN to get right IP address,

test and advise any issue.
