Hi,

a good resource for troubleshooting unicast flooding is "Unicast Flooding in Switched Campus Networks"

http://www.cisco.com/en/US/products/hw/switches/ps700/products_tech_note09186a00801d0808.shtml

This addresses the most dominant reasons, in case your issue is different, please provide further informations.

Hope this helps! Please rate all posts.
