The error messages matches two possible bugs:
CSCef87815 in which you can verify by doing the following:
1. reset the line card and see if the error stops and you are able to connect and device that draws power from the line card.
2. By capturing the output of "show plat chassis int gig1/1" about 3 times with about 1 minute gap see if it will show an increment in the errCount_ for GalJerryMan and DpmMan.
If those counters increment you are hitting this bug and shoudl replace the line card.
The second bug is CSCsf26804 in which you maybe also reset which should recover the line card. The second bug states that a s/w fix is integrated in The software workaround is integrated to to 12.2(31)SGA2 and 12.2(25)EWA10. you are running 12.2(25)SG which is below 12.2(31)SGA2 which makes the code your switch is running susceptible to this bug.
