switch rebooted but no coldstart log in logging history

Hello,

Today switch underwent power restart at customer site. Sh ver says system uptime is 1 hour but sh log doesn't have coldstart log.

Any ideas please?

Hi Lek,

Please let me know the following:

1- What's the model of the Switch? ( Get me show version output).

2- If it is Cat 4500/3750 ( Get me the output of show platform crash dump, show stacks , check for any crash file under flash of cat 3750)

3- If it is Cat 6500, Get the crash info file generated in bootflash and sup bootflash or disk0.
