Switch Stack Problem

Hello

There are 3 3750G-24TS and 1 3750G-24TS-S1U switches. I stack the switches but the result of the "show switch neighbor" shows that cable between switch 1 port 1 and switch 4 port 2 is down. stack is not full,  I have tested all of the ports and all of the cables. the IOSs are the same on all switches.

what can I do ?

Thanks
