Switchover Commend with Single 6800 and dual supervisor

Hi,

We are using a single 6800 series with VSS configuration for Instant Access. We got 2 supervisor on 6800. My question is how can we switchover from these supervisor. "supervisor switchover" command is not working, it says standby is not active.

You can initiate a z-switchover by entering the redundancy force switchover command on the in-chassis active supervisor engine.
