why " Logging monitor 5 " is used ? what is the diffrence between " terminal monitor " and "logging monitor "

Hi there,
logging monitor - will set the default terminal line (monitor) parameters
logging monitor 5 - set the severity level to 5 (notifications)
terminal monitor - will output any debug level (7) output to the current terminal
